These terms govern use of the Lumoola storefront. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked here, subject to rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Products and orders

We aim to describe and photograph products accurately, but screen settings and lighting affect color. Minor visual variation may occur. We avoid making unsupported claims about natural gemstone composition or healing effects. Live price, currency, availability, taxes and delivery charges are presented through the store and checkout. An order is accepted when confirmed, and may be declined or cancelled for stock, pricing, fraud-prevention or delivery reasons, with any required refund.

Acceptable use and ownership

Do not disrupt the site, attempt unauthorized access or misuse content. Site text, photography, design and branding are protected and may not be reproduced commercially without permission.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the site is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted availability. We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable. Nothing excludes liability or consumer protection that cannot be excluded by law.
